Commentary
Both Allegheny & Philadelphia counties have dropped to substantial while the state as a whole remains at high.
Seeing cases dropping consistently while hospitalizations appear to remain flat is interesting. Test positivity hasn't gone up in any meaningful way and daily tests are roughly flat. Could be bias in who's getting PCR'd or changes in age groups. Will have to dig.
Vaccinations
Vaccination data did not update this week; state is still not breaking out updated boosters. CDC total volume data hasn't updated yet this week - I'll try to tweet tomorrow when it does.
Hospitalizations
PA counties with full ICU beds due to covid:
Bradford (3 +covid patients in ICU)
York (4)
PA-wide hospital census: Using 17625 med/surg beds, 51 less than last week, 53 more than 2 weeks ago.
