Commentary
Hospitalizations and cases rose statewide over the last two weeks; not sure how to interpret Allegheny's drop yet. Like many other places, we're not (yet?) seeing ICU use rise, and while there's lag there, that's also bolstered by the decreasing number of people with no existing immunity either from vaccination or infection.
Vaccinations
Allegheny County daily vaccines jump to 411 1st+2nd doses, 194 booster doses/day (5 day lagged 7 day avg)
That's probably 6mo-4yo starting to happen
Fully vaccinated %s:
Allegheny County: 69.6%, 52.3% of those are boosted, 19.3% of boosted got 4th dose.
PA reporting that 3.3% of 6mo-4y now had at least 1 dose.
Hospitalizations
PA counties with full ICU beds due to covid: Clearfield (2 +covid pts in ICU, of 24 total ICU beds)
PA-wide hospital census: Using 17481 med/surg beds, 165 more than last week, 1561 more than 2 weeks ago.
